We’ve found that a chauffeur who is dressed in a suit, is well-groomed, on time, opens doors, and does everything asked of him or her is providing a good baseline for professional service. While this is important, we are seeking chauffeurs who strive to provide frictionless, legendary service that exceeds this baseline. Legendary service is something so good that a client would want to share it with someone else. Please describe a time when you or one of your chauffeurs performed legendary service:
